Olive Branch Ministries is made possible by partnership. In June 2014, Director Scarlette Jasper was commissioned by the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship as a Field Personnel, or missionary, to the South-Central region of Kentucky. Her work is part of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship – Kentucky and Together for Hope, CBF’s Rural Poverty Initiative in 20 of the poorest counties in the United States, including McCreary, Owsley, and Powell Counties in Kentucky.
