Thank you so much for your partnership in Christmas Boxes for Appalachia. Together, we packed and delivered nearly 4,000 boxes last Christmas season. Our focus is to continue increasing the quality of boxes, not necessarily the quantity. Remember, this Christmas box may be the only Christmas gift that many of these children receive.
On this page you will find guidelines for boxes based on age and gender. After you decide what numbers and types of boxes you would like to sponsor click on the button below to fill out our Christmas Box Sponsorship Form. This helps us to better plan for how many boxes we have vs how many we will need to meet demand. We also ask that if you are able to help with the administrative costs of this ministry you contribute $5 per box by clicking on the donate button below.
Please plan to deliver boxes to one of the following collection sites during the dates listed:
- First Baptist, Corbin, KY (between Nov 3 and Nov 7)
- Ball Camp Baptist, Knoxville, TN (between Nov 3 and Nov 4)
- Living Faith Baptist, Elizabethtown, KY (between Oct 27 and Oct 31)
- Boulevard Baptist Church, Anderson, SC (between Nov 3 and Nov 7)

Notes:
If you would like to send candy-please do not put in the boxes- candy absorbs the soap taste/smell and becomes inedible. Please send in a separate bag and we will make sure it gets distributed to the children.
Extra school supplies, toys, and hygiene items can be sent and will be used to make needed boxes and/or distributed through the school resource centers to the families in most need.
Please send gift cards in a separate container and not in the boxes themselves. If there ends up not being enough, gift cards will be distributed to older students and senior citizens first, then distributed to children most in need. Please clearly mark the gift card balance. We request gift cards in the place of a clothing item. Our children vary in size and do not always wear the size that is the standard age size and this way they can get something that they can pick out for themselves. Some have inquired about other businesses in the area where gift card can be bought and included. There are: Kroger, Arby’s, McDonald’s, Subway, KFC, Sonic, Hardee’s, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut.
